On May 21st to May 22nd, the Justice & Administrative department of Zhabei held 2010 annual conference. The vice committee of NPC---Zhang Genbao, vice president of CPPCC---Lu Zhiqiang, etc, attended this conference.
The conference praised the 2009 Excellent Law Firms, outstanding lawyers, outstanding youth lawyers & women lawyers. The Jing Haixiang Secretary of BLF, Ye Ping Secretary of LCLLF & Zhang Qin Director of Ye Qin Law Firm spoke at the meeting on behalf of those praised outstanding lawyers, women lawyers and youth lawyers.
The vice committee Zhang Genbao made an important speech on this conference. At first, he highly appreciated the importance of lawyers in serving for government & society; Then he proposed three points:

To maintain society stabilization.
